Entry to the Lounge is exclusive for UnionPay Platinum and Diamond cardmembers issued outside Singapore.

One cardmember is allowed to bring only 2 (two) other guests into the Lounge at any time.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by the cardmember at all times.

Usage of the iPad in the Lounge is limited to 30 minutes per cardmember per day.

Usage of the telephone in the Lounge is allowed for toll-free numbers or calls within Singapore only. Such calls will be assisted by ION Orchard Concierge on duty at all times.

ION Orchard has the discretion to refuse entry, or to require a cardmember to leave the Lounge at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by ION Orchard. Some of such conditions under which a cardmember may be refused entry or asked to leave include if you are:
- under 18 and unaccompanied by a cardmember;
- intoxicated;
- behaving in a manner that may cause discomfort to other cardmembers and / or staff.

ION Orchard may also refuse entry if the Lounge has reached a maximum capacity of 8 (eight) pax or if it is closed for maintenance / upgrading or other reasons.

Redemption of gifts is valid for all UnionPay cardmembers issued outside Singapore, subjected to fulfilment of the promotion terms and conditions.

You will get a notification once your card is on its way to you!

You can also apply at any RCBC branch or RCBC Credit Card sales booths.

You must be 21-65 years old to qualify as a Principal Cardholder.
You must be 13-65 years old to qualify as a Supplementary Cardholder.
You must have a mobile number and landline in your place of work.

Requirements for Employees

Completely filled-out and signed application form
A copy of one (1) valid ID with photo and signature (i.e. UMID, Passport, Driver's License)
A copy of any proof of income:
For Employed

Latest Income Tax Return and/or W2 with BIR or Bank Stamp
Latest payslip stating monthly salary
Original Certificate of Employment (COE) with annual income details and signed by authorized Human Resources Group signatory. COE must not be more than six (6) months old
Latest bank statement showing the salary credit for the month

For Self-Employed, Proprietor, or Businessman

Latest Audited Financial Statement (AFS) with BIR or Bank Stamp and latest Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or W2 with BIR or Bank Stamp
Latest bank statement showing cash credits/sales receipt for the month
