No. You can re-avail anytime as long as you have an available credit limit and your account is in good standing—even if you're still paying off a previous availment.
A late payment fee of 5% of your unpaid amortization will apply. It’s important to pay on time to maintain a good credit standing and avoid penalties.
Yes. You can pre-terminate your RCBC InstaLoan at any time. A pre-termination fee of ₱500 or 5% of the unpaid principal, whichever is higher, will apply.
Yes. As you pay down your outstanding balance, your available limit is restored. This gives you continuous access to funds when you need them.
No. You can only have one RCBC InstaLoan credit line at a time. However, you may avail or re-avail multiple times within your approved loan limit.

If CLIENT enrolls in the automatic debit arrangement (“ADA”) facility of the Creditor, CLIENT authorizes the Creditor to collect payments through ADA. In connection thereto, CLIENT agrees that: (a) the Creditor shall automatically charge/debit, without need of any further act from him/her, the due amount (“Debit Amount”) on the due dates stated in the statement of account and/or amortization schedule or on the next working day thereto or if the due date falls on a holiday, weekend or on a date when certain maintenance activities are being performed on the debiting system then on the next working day when the debiting system is properly functioning for such purpose (“Debit Date”) from the CLIENT’s designated deposit account as indicated in his/her application on the app (“Debit Account”), which will be applied to the payment of the his/her loan; (b) if the funds in the CLIENT’s Debit Account are insufficient to cover the due amount on a Debit Date, the Creditor shall either cancel the debiting of the due amount, or debit the remaining available balance in the his/her Debit Account and will continue to debit the his/her Debit Account until the full unpaid amount is collected; (c) the Creditor may debit additional amounts as may be necessary as payment for past due amounts (d) in case of the CLIENT’s death, the Creditor may charge the Debit Amount to the Debit Account, regardless of the Debit Date and without prejudice to the Creditor’s right to recover the full amount of the CLIENT’s obligations on the Personal Loan from the his/her estate and/or heirs, successors or assigns; (e) the CLIENT’s request for ADA enrollment and any future request for disenrollment shall be subject to the Creditor’s prior consent and confirmation; and (f) the Debit Account and all debits authorized in the CLIENT’s ADA enrollment are further governed by the Creditor’s applicable terms and conditions, policies, and procedures, the CLIENT’s consent to which is hereby affirmed.
The Creditor has no obligation to debit the CLIENT’s account if the outstanding balance thereon is insufficient, unavailable, or has not been cleared, in which case he/she shall be liable to pay the penalty charge on all overdue amounts.
CLIENT hereby agrees to indemnify and hold RCBC its directors, officers, and representatives, free and harmless from any claims, liability and/or damage arising out of or in connection with the exercise of the authority granted under the ADA.
