A unique QR code indicating your card details will be generated in your monthly Statement of Account.
There is no need to type in your account number, which means there is less chance of mistakenly sending payment to the wrong account. If you are an RCBC depositor, log in to the RCBC Pulz app, scan the QR Code in your Statement, and input the payment amount.

Via the Online Banking of your Bank-of-Account
Settle your monthly RCBC Credit Card dues via the RCBC App or RCBC Online Banking.
Just do a one-time enrollment of "RCBC Bankard" as the biller and proceed to paying your bill! You can also pay your RCBC Credit Card bill through your other bank's internet banking website or mobile app. Look for "RCBC Bankard" or "Bankard" as a payee in the Bills Payment section.

Via Mobile Cash Platforms
Another easy way to pay your RCBC Credit Card bill is through e-wallets or mobile cash platforms such as Diskartech, GCash, Maya, and ShopeePay.
Look for "RCBC Bankard" or "Bankard" from the list of Billers.
Time your payments
Via Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA).
If you are an RCBC depositor, you may enroll your RCBC Credit Card in RCBC Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) and choose to have the Total Amount Due or Minimum Amount Due automatically debited from your RCBC Deposit account each month.
Just fill out the ADA form and submit the signed form and a copy of your Statement or Card online via RCBC Secure Document Exchange. See the step-by-step guide here. Please ensure to fund your enrolled debit account at least 2 banking days before the due date with an amount sufficient to cover the payment due.

Settle your card bills in cash or check at any branch of RCBC, BDO, SM Bills Payment Counters, and all Bayad Centers. Dollar payments for dollar cards are accepted at all branches of RCBC and BDO.

Posting of Payments
For RCBC, payment will be posted on the next day/next banking day.
For BDO, Unionbank, BPI, and Bancnet, payment will be posted within 2 to 3 banking days.
For SM Bills Payment Counter and Bayad Centers at selected malls, payment will be posted within 2 to 3 banking days.
