  • Principal  Cardholders of Gold, Classic, and Co-Branded RCBC Credit Cards can access these lounges for a fee of ₱1,500

  1. The Program. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”) and RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (“RBSC”) will arrange for access to accredited Airport Lounges at NAIA Terminals (“The Program”) to qualified holders of RCBC-issued Credit Cards who have scheduled international flights.
  2. Qualified holders of RCBC-issued Credit Cards refer to Principal Cardholders in good credit standing who have active RCBC-issued Credit Cards (“Cardholders”).
  3. Accredited lounges refer to lounges where RCBC/RBSC have an existing Lounge Agreement (“Lounges”). For the list of accredited Lounges, refer to the official website rcbccredit.com.
  4. Acceptance and Use of Lounges. Acceptance and use by Cardholders and their travel companion/s, as applicable, of the Lounges are subject to the availability and the respective policies of the Lounges.
  5. Lounge Access Fee. RCBC/RBSC shall determine the access fee, which may change from time to time (“Access Fee”). Please refer to the above information.
  6. How to Avail. To gain Lounge access, the Cardholder can simply present his/her RCBC-issued Credit Card to the Lounge receptionist. The card will be swiped to ensure that it is active. As applicable, the Access Fee will be charged to the RCBC-issued Credit Card.
  7. Cards Member Tracking Data. By availing of the Program, the Cardholder consents to the collection, use, processing, and storage of the following information relating to the Cardholder: Date of Entry to the Lounge, Last & First Name, RCBC-issued Credit Card number, Name of Companion, and Signature of the redeeming Cardholder (must be the same as what is on the back of the RCBC-issued Credit Card presented).The foregoing information will be collected by the Lounges when it fills out the Cards Member Tracking Data and shall be shared with RCBC/RBSC. The said entities shall process, use and store the information collected for the purpose of the administration and implementation of the Program and in accordance with their respective data privacy policies.
  8. Not Valid in Conjunction with Other Promos. The Program is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or promotional benefits.
  9. Not Convertible. The privilege tied to the Program is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
  10. Disclaimer of Liability. The Cardholder and his/her travel companion/s understand that RCBC/RBSC are not responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the Lounges. The Cardholder and his/her travel companion/s agree to hold RCBC/RBSC free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by Cardholder or his/her travel companion/sarising from or in connection with his/her availment of the services of the Lounges.
  11. Amendment. RCBC/RBSC may, at any time and for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions and any such amendments shall bind the Cardholder upon notice or on the date of effectivity specified in the notice. Notice of the amendment, revision or modification may be done by RCBC/RBSC through any or all of the following means: mail or courier, electronic mail, posting on RCBC Credit Card’s website, or by such other means (electronic or otherwise) which RBSC, at its option, considers appropriate and effective. If the Cardholder objects or is not amenable to any such amendments, revisions or modifications, the Cardholder agrees not to avail of the Program.
  12. Suspension or Cancellation. Fraud, abuse, unruly behavior or any unlawful or unauthorized action relating to the use and availment of the Program may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Program, suspension or cancellation of his/her card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the airport lounge access (subject to prevailing lounge access fee) to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account, at RCBC/RBSC’s discretion. This is without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken by RCBC/RBSC against the Cardholder.
  13. Dispute. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for or availment of the Program shall be resolved by RCBC/RBSC. The decision of RCBC/RBSC shall be considered as final.
  14. Governing Law and Venue. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any action or suit arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be in filed in the proper courts of the City of Pasig, to the exclusion of all other venues.
  15. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By availing of the Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Program and the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards as may be amended, revised, or modified from time to time. Likewise, the Cardholder and his or her travel companion/s shall abide by these Terms and Conditions. In case any portion of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the portions not otherwise affected shall remain valid and enforceable.

If eligible, the lounge access fee will be posted and reversed and reflected on the cardholder’s statement of account within 75 days from the lounge access date.

If the required PHP 35,000 cross-border spend is not met within the specified timeframe (30 days for premium guests), the lounge access fee will not be waived and will remain charged to your account.

• RCBC Gold, Classic, and Co-branded Cards:

This fee can be reversed by meeting a minimum single-receipt or accumulated overseas spend of PHP 35,000 within 30 calendar days of the lounge access date. Call RCBC Customer Service at (02) 8888-1-888 to request a waiver.

If the required cross-border spend is not met within the specified timeframe, the lounge access fee will not be waived and will remain charged to your account.
