    You can bring one (1) travel companion for a fee of ₱1,500. This fee will be automatically reversed subject to a minimum accumulated overseas spend of ₱35,000 using the applicable RCBC Credit Card within 30 calendar days from the lounge visit.
  • Principal  Cardholders of Gold, Classic, and Co-Branded RCBC Credit Cards can access these lounges for a fee of ₱1,500

    This fee can be reversed by meeting a minimum accumulated overseas spend of ₱35,000 within 30 calendar days from the lounge visit, then call the RCBC Customer Service at (02) 8888-1888 to request a waiver.
  • Above the entitlement, all subsequent guests will be charged the full fee by PAGSS. These fees will not be eligible for waivers. Children eight (8) years old and below can access the lounge for free.

  1. The Program. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”) offers access to accredited airport Lounges to Qualified Holders who have scheduled international flights.
  2. Accredited lounges refer to the accredited airport lounges where RCBC has an existing Lounge Agreement. For the list of Lounges, refer to the official website rcbccredit.com.
  3. Qualified holders refer to Principal Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing who have active RCBC-issued Credit Cards (“Credit Card or Card”).
  4. Lounge Access Benefit.  Access to the Accredited Lounge is a benefit that may be offered to certain Cards, as determined by RCBC. This benefit may include complimentary lounge access or a waived access fee, depending on the card type and spending requirements. Cards that do not qualify for complimentary access will be charged an access fee. RCBC reserves the right to modify the Lounge Access Benefit and the eligibility criteria at any time.
  5. How to Avail. To access the Lounge, the Cardholder must present their Card and boarding pass at the Lounge reception. The receptionist will swipe/tap/dip the Card to verify its active status and determine if the Cardholder is a Qualified Holder.
  6. Acceptance and Use of Lounges. Acceptance and use by Cardholders and their travel companion/s, as applicable, of the Lounges are subject to the availability and the respective policies of the Lounges.
  7. Cards Member Tracking Data.  By availing of the Program, the Cardholder and travel companion/s, if any, consents to the collection, use, processing, and storage of the following information relating to the Cardholder and the companion: date of entry to the lounge, Cardholder name,  Card number, travel companion/s’ name, and signature of the redeeming Cardholder (must be the same as what is on the back of the Card presented). The foregoing information will be collected by the Lounges when it fills out the Cards Member Tracking Data and shall be shared with RCBC. The said entities shall process, use, and store the information collected for the purpose of the administration and implementation of the Program and in accordance with their respective data privacy policies.
  8. Not Valid in Conjunction with Other Promos. The Program is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or promotional benefits.
  9. Not Convertible. The privilege tied to the Program is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
  10. Disclaimer of Liability. The Cardholder and his/her travel companion/s understand that RCBC is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the Lounges. The Cardholder and his/her travel companion/s agree to hold RCBC free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by Cardholder or his/her travel companion/s arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the services of the Lounges.
  11. Suspension or Cancellation. Fraud, abuse, unruly behavior or any unlawful or unauthorized action relating to the use and availment of the Program may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Program, suspension or cancellation of his/her card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the airport lounge access (subject to prevailing lounge access fee) to the Cardholder’s Card account, at RCBC’s discretion. This is without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken by RCBC against the Cardholder.
  12. Dispute. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for or availment of the Program shall be resolved by RCBC. The decision of RCBC/RBSC shall be considered as final.
  13. Governing Law and Venue. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any action or suit arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be filed in the proper courts of the City of Pasig, to the exclusion of all other venues.
  14. Amendment. RCBC may, at any time and for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions and any such amendments shall bind the Cardholder upon notice or on the date of effectivity specified in the notice. Notice of the amendment, revision or modification may be done by RCBC/RBSC through any or all of the following means: mail or courier, electronic mail, posting on RCBC Credit Card’s website, or by such other means (electronic or otherwise) which RCBSC, at its option, considers appropriate and effective. If the Cardholder objects or is not amenable to any such amendments, revisions or modifications, the Cardholder agrees not to avail of the Program.
  15. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By availing of the Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Program and the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards as may be amended, revised, or modified from time to time. Likewise, the Cardholder and his or her travel companion/s shall abide by these Terms and Conditions. In case any portion of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the portions not otherwise affected shall remain valid and enforceable.

If eligible, the lounge access fee will be posted and reversed and reflected on the cardholder’s statement of account within 75 days from the lounge access date.

If the required PHP 35,000 cross-border spend is not met within the specified timeframe (30 days for premium guests), the lounge access fee will not be waived and will remain charged to your account.

• RCBC Gold, Classic, and Co-branded Cards:

This fee can be reversed by meeting a minimum single-receipt or accumulated overseas spend of PHP 35,000 within 30 calendar days of the lounge access date. Call RCBC Customer Service at (02) 8888-1-888 to request a waiver.

If the required cross-border spend is not met within the specified timeframe, the lounge access fee will not be waived and will remain charged to your account.
