Get help with your RCBC Credit Card application.


Submit your application

Go to applications.rcbccredit.comChoose your preferred RCBC Credit Card and click "Start New Application" to begin.

Fill out the form completely and submit a valid ID & selfie.


An SMS notification with your Reference Number will be sent to you within 10 banking days.

Keep your lines open in case we need to verify some information on your application or request for additional requirements.

Card Delivery

You will receive an SMS for the card decision.

Another SMS will be sent once your card is on its way to you!

Access your saved application

To access your unfinished application, go to applications.rcbccredit.com and select "Continue Application".

Enter your mobile number and email address.


Make sure to prepare your valid Philippine-issued government-issued ID with photo and other documents required for the e-KYC verification.

Review & Evaluation

An SMS notification with your Reference Number will be sent to you within 10 banking days.

Our e-KYC process includes ID Card verification, face verification, and document verification. The documentary requirements may vary per applicant.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Visit the RCBC Credit Cards application page and complete the online application form.
  2. Input the One-Time Password (OTP) that was sent to your indicated mobile number and click "Proceed to Verification".
  3. Take a photo of the front and back of your ID.
    List of accepted valid IDs: Driver's License, Passport, Philpost ID, PRC ID, SSS, TIN, UMID, Visa/Residence, Voter's ID
  4. Identify your verification by taking a selfie.
    Selfie reminders:
    1. Face forward and position your face inside the oval. Make sure your eyes are visible.
    2. Avoid shadows on the face and remove hat, eyeglasses, skincare, or anything that obscures the face.
  5. Upload the photos. Once completed, a "Thank You" page will be shown confirming that your eKYC has been completed.

Proof of income may be any of the following:

  1. Latest Income Tax Return and/or W2 with BIR or Bank Stamp
  2. Latest payslip stating the monthly salary
  3. Original Certificate of Employment (COE) with annual income details signed by an authorized Human Resources Group personnel. COE must not be more than 6 (six) months old.
  4. Latest Audited Financial Statement with BIR or Bank stamp and photocopy of Income Tax Return and/or W2 with BIR or Bank Stamp (for self-employed applicants)

To check the status of your application, you may send an email with your Reference Number as the email subject to email@service.rcbcbankard.com and call our Customer Service hotline at (02) 8888-1888.

A saved application will be available for 6 months from the date you first saved it.

Here are some warning signs of credit card application scams:

  • Asks you for sensitive personal financial information
    RCBC, RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC), and our accredited Sales agents will NEVER ask for your bank account number, CVV/CVC, One-Time Password (OTP), or PIN.
  • Asks you for money in order to proceed with your application
    Remember that there is no processing fee when applying for an RCBC Credit Card.
