  1. Enrollment in RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES Program
    1. The RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES Program is open to all RCBC Credit Card principal cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing as determined by the bank at the time of enrollment. Co-branded Cards, Corporate Cards, and Private Label Cards are not eligible to enroll in this program.
    2. An eligible principal cardholder may enroll in the RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES Program by calling the Customer Service Hotline at 8888-1888, or via email at email@service.rcbcbankard.com.
    3. Upon enrollment in the RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES Program, the account of the cardholder, will be disenrolled from its existing Rewards Program. All points earned and accumulated shall be converted as AIRMILES at a conversion rate of 1 Rewards Point = 1 AIRMILE.
  2. Earning of RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES
    Local, international, and internet retail transactions of the principal and supplementary cardholders will earn AIRMILES. See the table below for the spend requirement per card type.
    1. All transactions made by supplementary cardholders will earn AIRMILES but shall be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.
    2. RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES do not expire.
  3. Redemption of RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES 
    1. AIRMILES may be redeemed as PAL Mabuhay Miles, Asia Miles, or airasia points at a conversion rate of five (5) RCBC Credit Card Airmiles = one (1) Mabuhay Mile / Asia Mile / airasia point.
    2. Minimum AIRMILES required per redemption is 2,500 AIRMILES.
    3. AIRMILES may not be converted into Cash, Gift Vouchers, and Rebates.
    4. AIRMILES already redeemed as Mabuhay Miles / Asia Miles / airasia points may no longer be converted back to RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES.
    5. Cardholder must be a member of either the Mabuhay Miles or Asia Miles Program to be able to redeem his/her Airmiles as Mabuhay Miles,  or Asia Miles respectively. Redemption of AIRMILES to a Mabuhay Miles / Asia Miles / airasia membership account other than the cardholder’s is strictly prohibited.
    6. Cancellation of redemption requests is not allowed.
  4. Disclaimer
    1. AIRMILES converted to Mabuhay Miles / Asia Miles / airasia points shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Mabuhay Miles, Asia Miles, or airasia rewards programs accordingly.
    2. RCBC Credit Card shall not be held liable for any problems, issues, or accidents that may arise after the cardholder has transferred and used his/her AIRMILES to redeem Mabuhay Miles / Asia Miles / airasia points.
    3. Any applicable airport tax and other charges charged by Philippine Airlines (PAL) or AirAsia will be shouldered by the cardholder.
    4. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to forfeit accumulated AIRMILES should there be fraud or abuse relating to the earning and redemption of AIRMILES on the part of the cardholder.
    5. RCBC Credit Card  reserves the right to change at any time without prior notice the required card spend to earn AIRMILES and/or points required per redemption.
    6. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES Program at its absolute discretion at any time, with prior notice.
    7. All other terms and conditions governing the use of RCBC Credit Cards apply.
