Effective July 1, 2025, Unli 0% and Unli Installment requests will be processed only through the RCBC Pulz app.
Customer Service may handle exceptional cases for a fee of ₱250 for transactions under ₱30,000 or 1% for transactions above ₱30,000. From September 1, this fee will be updated to ₱500 or 1% of the transaction amount, whichever is higher. No fee changes will apply for transactions via the RCBC Pulz app.
