RCBC Pulz will move to single device access effective January 5, 2026

As part of RCBC's efforts to strengthen the protection of your accounts against phishing, unauthorized access, and fraud, RCBC Pulz will be moving to a single-device login per account.
Starting at 9:00 PM on January 5, 2026, only your primary registered device will be able to access RCBC Pulz. Any non-primary devices will automatically lose access on this date.
What this means for you:
From now until January 4, 2026, you can update or change your primary device through RCBC Pulz.
Here's how:
- Log in to the RCBC Pulz App on your registered device.
- Navigate to the Security tab in the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap My Registered Device. Once you have tapped the ‘My Registered Device’ button, you are now able to check and see your current registered device.
If you change your mind, there is an option to delete your registered device, and re-register your account.
How do I change/switch my primary registered device?
- Download RCBC Pulz on Google Play Store or Apple Appstore on your new device.
- Login with your credentials. The app will prompt you that a new device is detected and there is currently a registered device linked to the account.
- Allow the new device to be registered, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the account.
- After inputting the OTP, the account will be accessible within 24 hours after verifying the device.
Important Tip: Do not delete the app from your old phone until you have successfully set it up and logged in on your new phone.
No action is needed if you are already using your preferred primary device.
We encourage you to review and update your device settings within the given period to ensure smooth and secure access to your account.
