We encourage timely payments to avoid incurring additional charges. Here are some helpful tips for managing Late Payment Fees and Processing Fees:
• Set reminders. Use calendar alerts or notifications to remember due dates.
• Review your Statements. Check your statements for upcoming payment due dates.
• Make use of RCBC Channels and Digital Payment Channels. For added convenience and faster crediting of your payments, settle your payments through RCBC branch, RCBC Pulz, RCBC Online Banking website, QRPH, your bank-of-account’s online banking website/app, or e-wallets. This ensures your payments are processed quickly. Need help? Check out the payment guides here.
• Automate Payments. If you are an RCBC depositor, you may enroll in the Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) and choose to have the Total Amount Due or Minimum Amount Due automatically debited from your RCBC Deposit account each month.
• Maximize the RCBC Pulz app. Save on fees and call waiting queues by conveniently converting purchases to Unli 0%/Unli Installment through the RCBC Pulz app. Using your available credit limit and RCBC Pulz, you can also transfer funds to any bank account or e-wallet using the UnliPay benefit of your RCBC Credit Card.
