PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Mastercard Credit Card cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing.
  2. Raffle promo period is from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
    Deadline for entries is on 11:59PM of February 28, 2026
  3. To qualify for the raffle, the cardholder must register online (click here to register).

  1. Here's how to download and register on the RCBC Pulz app:
    1. Download the RCBC Pulz app from the Google Play or App Store.
    2. Open the RCBC Pulz app, tap “Sign up for online banking” > “ I want to link my account to RCBC Digital” and click Continue.
    3. Select “RCBC Credit Card” from the list of RCBC products then read & agree to the Terms & Conditions.
    4. Enter your 16-digit Card Number & CVV and input the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
    5. Create your User ID and Password.
    6. Select the RCBC Credit Cards that you’d like to add to the RCBC Pulz app. All done!

  1. Raffle draw will be held at the RBSC's Head Office, 31/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
  2. Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  3. The RCBC Credit Card of the winners must be active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting and awarding of the prize, otherwise, the earned prize shall be forfeited.
  4. Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
  5. Cardholders can only win ONCE within the raffle promo period.
  6. The raffle promo winners cannot choose the model and color of the items.
  7. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.
  8. The announcement of winners will be published on RCBC Credit’s official Facebook page and website, and they will be notified via their registered mail and a call to get their preferred delivery address of the prize.
  9. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of RCBC Credit with prior approval of the DTI.
  10. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.
  11. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
  12. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  13. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.

NOTIFICATION & AWARDING OF PRIZES

  1. The winner will be notified via registered mail and e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
  2. Winner will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
  3. Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered e-mail.
  4. Winner must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim Form upon claiming of the prize.
  5. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 48 hours from the date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner.
  6. In relation to the promo, RCBC Credit Cards might request a photo of the winner showcasing/ enjoying the usage of his/her RCBC Credit Card. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Credit Cards’ official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mailer.
