ELIGIBILTY & REQUIREMENTS
- The LOWEST foreign currency (FX) service fee of 1.50% (“Promo”) is valid from October 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026, for overseas in-store or online foreign-denominated purchases/transactions charged in local currency using their RCBC Visa Infinite Credit Card.
- The promo is open to RCBC Visa Infinite Principal and Supplementary Cardholders in good credit standing.
HOW TO COMPUTE
To compute the Peso equivalent of the foreign transactions, convert transactions in Foreign Currency to PHP using the prevailing conversion rate 1.50%**.

The conversion rate will be based on the foreign exchange selling rate of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation at the time of transaction posting. This applies to currencies including Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Korean Won, Singapore Dollar, Thailand Baht, UK Pound Sterling, and US Dollar. For currencies not included in the list, the conversion rate will be based on the currency conversion rate set by Visa at the time of posting. All transactions will be subject to a Service Fee of 1.50%, representing the Visa assessment fees and the Bank's service fee, which may be adjusted occasionally.
