Updates to your Credit Card Fees
Please be advised of the following credit card fees and charges, which will take effect on October 30, 2026:
1. Foreign Transaction Service Fee
A Mastercard/Visa/JCB/UPI 1% assessment fee will be applied to transactions made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) where the merchant or processing bank is located outside the Philippines. This includes:
⦿ Transactions that are automatically charged in Philippine Peso by a foreign merchant or processing bank at point-of-sale
⦿ Online purchases and subscriptions from international websites/apps that bill in PHP (e.g., online streaming subscriptions)
2. Updated Unli Installment Processing Fees
For conversions requested via the RCBC Pulz App, a revised processing fee structure will apply to single transactions of ₱20,000 and above.

Further, effective October 30, 2026, all Unli 0% and Unli Installment conversions will only be processed through the RCBC Pulz app. Conversions will no longer be available via customer service hotline or web forms.
