Important Advisory: Upcoming Changes to RCBC Corporate Cards
In compliance with payment network requirements, we will soon be issuing replacement RCBC Corporate Mastercard® (Peso) Credit Cards with new card numbers.
Here are the important details:
The delivery of replacement cards will commence in April 2025.
Starting in February 2025, the Statement of Account will display the new card number.
Cardholders may continue to use their current cards until June 30, 2025, or until they activate their replacement card – whichever comes first. Once the replacement card is activated, the current card will be automatically deactivated. Cardholders are encouraged to update and/or re-enroll any recurring subscriptions to avoid service interruptions.
Replacement cards will be automatically enrolled in the eStatement via Email facility. Cardholders can opt out by calling the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808.
Replacement cards are made of 100% recycled plastics, reflecting RCBC’s commitment to sustainability.

1. Why is my RCBC Corporate Card being replaced?
In compliance with payment network requirements, your existing RCBC Corporate Card will be replaced with a new card number.
2. Will RCBC Corporate Dollar Cards be replaced as well?
Currently, only Peso Cards will be replaced in April 2025. We will send an advisory regarding the replacement of Dollar Cards at a later date.
3. When will I receive my replacement card?
The delivery of replacement cards will commence in April 2025. You will need to collect your card from your Company representative once it becomes available. You will receive email and SMS notifications from RCBC when your card is ready for pickup.
4. What if I have not been notified about my replacement card?
If you have not received any notification regarding your replacement card, please contact your designated RCBC Relationship/Branch Manager or the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808.
5. Can I still use my current card after receiving the new one?
Yes, you can continue to use your current card until June 30, 2025, or until you activate your replacement card—whichever comes first. Once activated, your current card will be automatically deactivated.
6. What should I do after I receive my replacement card?
We encourage you to activate your replacement card as soon as you receive it. After activation, please dispose of your existing card properly and update any recurring subscriptions with your new card details to ensure uninterrupted service.
7. Will my replacement card be enrolled in eStatements?
Yes, your replacement card will be automatically enrolled in the eStatement via Email facility. If you would prefer not to receive eStatements, you can opt out by calling the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808.
8. Is there any cost associated with the replacement card?
No, the replacement card will be issued to you at no cost.
9. What should I do if I don't receive my replacement card by the expected date?
If you do not receive your replacement card by the expected date, please contact your designated RCBC Relationship/Branch Manager or call the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808 for assistance.
10. What happens if I lose my current card before I receive the replacement?
If you lose your current card, please report the loss immediately to the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808 to ensure your account's security.
11. How can I activate my replacement card?
There are 3 ways to activate your card:
a) Via SMS. Text the LAST 6 DIGITS of your Card to 09191600402.
A confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number within ten (10) minutes. If no confirmation is received, call (02) 8888-1808.
b) Via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) through Customer Service. Call (02) 8888-1888 and input the following prompts to activate your card:

1 – To access your card (enter your 16-digit credit card number + OTP that will be sent to your mobile number)
1 – For Credit Card Services
1 – To activate your card
c) Via Customer Service. Call (02) 8888-1808 and speak to an agent.
12. Will my credit limit change with the new card?
Your credit limit will remain the same unless you are notified of any changes by your company or RCBC.
13. What should I do if I encounter issues with my new card?
For any issues with your new card, please contact the RCBC Corporate Cards hotline at (02) 8888-1808 for immediate assistance.
14. How do I properly dispose of my old card?
To properly dispose of your old card, cut it into multiple pieces, especially through the chip and magnetic strip, to protect your account information.
15. What if I have recurring payments set up with my current card?
After you receive and activate your replacement card, please update your payment information for recurring payments immediately to ensure uninterrupted service.
16. Will I receive a new Cash Advance PIN for my replacement card?
To request a new Cash Advance PIN for your replacement card, please call (02) 8888-1808.
17. Can I use my current card to make online purchases until it is deactivated?
Yes, you can continue to use your current card for online purchases until it is deactivated or until June 30, 2025, whichever comes first.
18. What should I do if I forget to activate my replacement card before the deadline?
Your existing card will be automatically deactivated on June 30, 2025. To ensure interrupted service, it’s best to activate the replacement card as soon as you receive it.
