1. Do I need to request the new card design?
No. The new card design will be automatically issued upon your card’s renewal.

2. Can I request the new design before my renewal date?
Yes. Card replacement is available upon request, subject to a card replacement fee of ₱500. To request, you may call (02) 8888-1818 or email email@service.rcbcbankard.com.

3. Will my card number change?
Your card number will remain the same upon renewal or replacement.

4. Will my current card remain valid?
Yes. Your existing card will remain active until your renewal date, unless replaced earlier upon request.

5. Will my supplementary card also be replaced?
Supplementary cards will follow their own renewal dates. Card replacement may also be requested, subject to a card replacement fee of ₱500 per card.

6. Are there any changes to my benefits or fees?
No. Your card’s existing privileges and fees remain unchanged.
