Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will my existing RCBC World Mastercard be automatically replaced?
Your existing RCBC World Mastercard will be automatically replaced with an environment-friendly rPVC card upon renewal. If you wish to have your existing card replaced ahead of the renewal date, you may call +632 8888-1883 to request for a replacement. The applicable card replacement fee will apply.
2. Can I opt to continue with my existing RCBC World Mastercard to avoid the higher Annual Membership Fee?
Effective December 2, 2024, your existing card will automatically have the enhanced card benefits. Given this, the new membership fee will also apply effective January 1, 2025.
3. Will my existing rewards points be converted to the newly upgraded rewards system?Your existing accumulated Rewards Points earned prior to December 2, 2024 will not change. Starting December 2, 2024 your transactions will already start earning rewards points under the upgraded rewards program.
