There’s so much you can do with the RCBC Digital App!
Follow these quick guides and enjoy the convenience of managing your Card on the go.
 
Create an account
Enrollment only takes a few minutes!
  1. Download the RCBC Digital App – available in the App Store, GooglePlay and Huawei AppGallery.
  2. Tap “Sign up now” to enroll.
  3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Enter your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card Number and CVV.
  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your  registered mobile number and then tap Submit.
  6. Create your User ID and Password.
  7. Log in using your fingerprint! Activate biometrics log-in on your phone.
     
 
Convert straight purchases to installment
You can do purchase conversion with just a simple swipe!
  1. After signing in, tap your Card.
  2. Choose the transaction you'd like to convert – you can select from “Recently Posted Transactions” or billed transactions from your latest “Statement of Account”.
  3. Look for the “<” icons.
    Only marked transactions are eligible for conversion.
  4. Tap the chosen transaction, swipe left, and tap “Convert to Installment”.
  5. Select your preferred installment term.
  6. Review the transaction before you click “Convert Now”.
  7. You're done!
 
UnliPay anyone, anytime
Make real-time fund transfers to anyone, anytime using the available limit of your RCBC Credit Card 
  1. After signing in, select your preferred RCBC Credit Card and tap “UnliPay”.
  2. Enter the payment details and the purpose of your payment.
  3. Review and confirm payment.
  4. Verify your transaction by entering your One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or through fingerprint authentication or face ID.
  5. All done! A confirmation message with the transaction details will appear on the screen.

Your payment will be processed and credited to your nominated bank account in real-time via RCBC* or InstaPay**.

*For transaction amounts ₱300,000 and below, for RCBC accounts.
**For transaction amounts ₱50,000 and below, for non-RCBC accounts.

Pay utility bills
With the App, you can charge your utility bills to your Card via one-off payment or create recurring automatic payments.

Do a one-time enrollment of the biller. After signing in, tap your Card.

  1. After signing in, go to Bills Payment > Manage Billers.
  2. To add a new Biller, click the + icon on top right of the screen.
  3. Choose if you wish to enroll On-Demand or Auto-Charge Biller.
  4. Select from the list of billers.
  5. Input Biller details such as Biller Nickname and Account No./Customer No./Reference No.
  6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  7. Save. 

You can now proceed to paying your bill.

  1. From the "Bills Payment" screen, tap Pay Bill.
  2. Select from your list of enrolled billers.
  3. Provide payment details such as Account Number, Subscriber Name, and Amount.
  4. Review and confirm provided information. Then enter OTP.
  5. You're done! An SMS or Email confirmation will be sent to you.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your Card has been lost or stolen, you can quickly report it via the App.
  1. After signing in, tap the Card that you have lost.
  2. Tap "Report Lost Card".
  3. Once reported, your Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to you.
 
Replace a Damaged Card
If your Card has been damaged or no longer works, you can quickly request for a replacement Card via the App.
  1. After signing in, tap the Card that has been damaged and needs replacement.
  2. Tap "Other Services" > "Replace Damaged Card".
  3. Once reported, your Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to you.
 
Activate new or replacement Card
You can easily activate your credit card via the App!
  1. After signing in, tap the Card that you want to activate.
  2. Click "Activate" button and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  3. A confirmation message will be shown on your App screen upon successful activation: Your Card is now active and ready to use!
 
Request for additional Card/s
Getting an additional Card is made simpler!


  1. After signing in, go to "Other Services" and tap "Request Additional Card".
  2. Tap "New Card", choose your preferred Card, and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  3. An email will be sent to you regarding your request.
 
Add Newly-Issued Card to the App
Is your new Card not appearing on the App? You can add in using the RCBC Digital App desktop version.

  1. Log in to RCBC Digital App via desktop or browser. Visit www.rcbconlinebanking.com, login and verify your account via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
  2. From the Dashboard menu, click on “Manage My Accounts”.
  3. Select “RCBC Bankard/RCBC Credit Cards Account Summary" 
  4. Input your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card number. Click Next. Then provide your Card Expiry Date and Birth Date. Click Next.
  5. Read and agree to the RCBC Digital App Terms & Conditions. Click Agree.
  6. Review your Account Details. Click Confirm.
  7. You can now access your new RCBC Credit Card account on the RCBC Digital App.

The RCBC Digital App and RCBC Bankard ONLINE (www.online.rcbcbankard.com) are different applications. Please register and create a separate account for RCBC Digital App and RCBC Bankard ONLINE.

One-Time Password Validation for every Transaction

Yes, it’s safe to provide your CVV within our RCBC Digital App. It’s a one-time verification requirement in order for us to authenticate your identity for future RCBC Digital App transactions.

You have to add your RCBC Credit Card via the Web version of RCBC Digital and follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.rcbconlinebanking.com.
  2. Click “Manage My Accounts” from the dashboard.
  3. Select “RCBC Bankard/RCBC Credit Cards Account Summary”
  4. Enter the 16-digit card number of your new RCBC Credit Card, Card Expiry Date, and Birth Date. Click Next.
  5. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Review your Account Details and Confirm.

You can reset your password via the App. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on Forgot Password
  2. Enter your 16-digit Card Number
  3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Create and submit your new password.

The One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered mobile number. If you need to update your contact information including your mobile number and email address, please call RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service hotline 8888-1888 (Classic, Gold, Co-Brand), 8888-1883 (Premium), 8888-1818 (AirAsia Credit Card) to request for updating of your contact information.

App Features

The purchases of the Principal & Supplementary cardholder using the main card and webshopper can be converted using the RCBC Digital App, including:

  1. Recent posted transactions
  2. Transactions in the current statement of account

Your enrolled biller must be an accredited RCBC Credit Cards Fast BillsPay biller. Accredited are those with the suffix (BANKARD) attached to the Biller Name. Example: MERALCO (BANKARD)

This message appears during the scheduled system maintenance. Please try accessing again after some time.

When you lock your RCBC credit card via the App, all transactions will be denied including recurring autopayments, such as Fast BillsPay Auto-Charge enrolled billers and subscriptions charged to the Card.

You can unlock your Card via the App anytime.

A ₱500 Replacement Fee will be charged to you.
