  • Via walk-in: Present and use any RCBC Credit
  1. Check-in name and name on the used RCBC Credit Card must be the same.
  2. Full payment is required to avail of the Promo and is non-refundable.
  3. Modifications, rebooking, and cancellations will not be allowed.
  4. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificate.
  5. Promo rate cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade vouchers, current promotions, packages, VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance
  6. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Zuri Hotel Iloilo and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI.  All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.                 
  7. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
