PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC credit cardholders in good standing.
  2. The promo runs from November 13 to December 15, 2025 ("Promo Period"). To qualify for the promo, all transactions must be made during the promo period. The deadline for earning raffle entries is 11:59 PM on December 15, 2025.
  3. To qualify for the raffle, cardholders must register online (click here to register).
  4. The Winner will be determined on December 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM, in the presence of a DTI representative.

Earn 1 raffle entry for every ₱10,000 spent on other travel-related purchases during the promo period.

This includes hotel bookings, tours, travel agencies, cruises, and airline tickets (excluding EVA Air).

  1. Qualified transactions for this promo are as follows: All EVA Air ticket purchases and travel-related transactions such as travel tickets, travel packages, airlines, cruises, and hotels: Online, POs-based, Cross-border, and Domestic
  2. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:

*RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

  1. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.

TRACKING OF SPEND

  1. The qualified cardholders will receive an SMS informing them of their raffle entries.

SELECTION OF WINNER & PRIZE

  1. RCBC Bankard Services Corporation ("RCBC Credit Cards") will select the Winner ("The Winner") from the qualified raffle entries. The drawing will take place on December 19, 2025. Winners will be chosen electronically from eligible cardholders. The draw will be held at the RCBC Credit Cards Office on the 31st floor of Robinsons Equitable Tower, at the corner of ADB Avenue and Poveda Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  2. RCBC will confirm that the cardholder accounts are in good standing once the winners are drawn.
  3. The winner will receive two (2) EVA tickets to Dallas, Texas via EVA Air Dallas Fort Worth ("The Prize"), Innovator Luggage set or Stylish G-shock watch.
  4. RCBC will cover fare taxes and fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Winner and their companion must possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining from the time of booking to EVA Air.
  2. The Prize is transferable to another person; however, it becomes non-transferable once the flights have been booked. Additionally, the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items or services.
  3. RCBC reserves the right to replace any of the prize components with equivalent alternatives in the event of unavailability.
  4. Redemption Period: The Prize can be redeemed for one year after the awarding of the prize.
  5. Travel Period: Valid for one year from booking date.

NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. Winners will be notified by RCBC through Mail, email, SMS, and phone call within two weeks from the draw date. The winner will have a maximum of 60 days to acknowledge the notification from RCBC. If the winner fails to acknowledge the message within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and RCBC reserves the right to select another winner with the approval of DTI-FTEB.
  2. The winners will be announced on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, and the LED billboard or through electronic direct mail.
  3. To claim the prize, winners must present their original, valid government-issued ID and RCBC credit card. Additionally, winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), which should be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email at RCBC Bankard Customer Service.

    For Provincial Winners:
    Your prize voucher/winning items will be sent to you via registered email and billing address.

  4. In relation to the promotion, RCBC Credit Cards may request a photo of the winner showcasing their RCBC Credit Card. The names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers, as well as posted on the official RCBC Credit Cards website, social media pages, LED billboards, and/or electronic direct mailers. By claiming their prizes, winners grant RCBC and RBSC exclusive permission to use and disclose their personal information, photographs, and videos related to this promotion for marketing purposes. Additionally, winners waive any royalties, rights, or remuneration claims for such use on TV, radio, websites, or social media platforms.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. All RCBC/RBSC employees and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  2. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and whether his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
  3. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations regarding this promo, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  4. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
