Congratulations to the lucky winners of the Home Makeover Raffle Promo:

Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from July 27 to October 26, 2021.
2. The promo is open to all new and existing RCBC Bankard Principal and Supplementary cardholders (including multi-carded) who applied during the promo period and subsequently got approved.
3. RCBC Bankard cardholders will get a chance to win a free home makeover package worth ₱100,000 or ₱300,000 in the raffle draw. All winners will be given free home styling consultation from home decorator and stylist, Elle Uy.
4. Those living in Metro Manila will be personally accompanied by Elle Uy throughout the home makeover process – from the creation of design, shopping of new furniture to plan execution. Those living outside Metro Manila will be given home makeover assistance virtually.
5. New RCBC Bankard Classic & Gold cardholders get one (1) e-raffle entry once approved while new RCBC Bankard Premium cardholders get two (2) entries.

5. All Cardholders who will activate their Card during the promo period will get an additional one (1) e-raffle entry. 
6. Cardholders will also get additional e-raffle entries based on single-receipt spend:

7. Purchases made by Supplementary cardholders will be counted under the Principal cardholder’s account.
8. Qualified entries earned by the Supplementary Cardholder shall be assigned to the Principal Cardholder.
9. For installment and UNLI 0% transactions, only the original transaction price will earn a raffle entry.
10. The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Charge, Cash Loan, Your Cash, Unli 0% Monthly Amortization
11. All employees of RCBC Bankard Services Corporation, RCBC, their affiliates and advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.

RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZE

1. Raffle entries will be electronically generated by RCBC Bankard IT and will be made available by the raffle draw date:

2. Prize will be in a form of cash credits which will be credited to the winners’ credit card.
3. Once winners are announced, they will have to provide consent on the makeover and send photos of specific area in the house which they would like to do a makeover. These photos will be sent to Elle Uy for review. Winners will be met separately by Elle Uy to discuss about the makeover. After the discussion, Elle Uy will prepare the makeover plan and design which the winners must approve first before execution.
4. All purchases/expenses made for the makeover should be charged to the Card of the winners. Any excess from the cash credits and those not chargeable will be shouldered by the winners. However, cardholders may opt to spend just a portion of the cash prize for the makeover.
5. Cardholder can only win once.
6. Winners are precluded from winning in another RCBC Bankard-initiated raffle promo for the current year.
7. Raffle draw will be held at the RCBC Bankard Head Office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
8. Since most are on a work-from-home arrangement, representatives can witness the raffle draw through any of the following online platforms: Zoom, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Webex and Microsoft Teams.
9. Raffle prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
10. Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).

NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners will be notified via registered e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
2. Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered mail.
3. Winners will be announced and posted on RCBC Bankard’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
4. Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Bankard via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com and mllim@rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim before claiming the prizes. Once submitted, the prizes will be credited to the winners’ RCBC Bankard credit card within seven (7) working days.
5. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 48 hours from date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Bankard reserves the right to select another winner.
6. In case of cardholder disputes regarding the promo mechanics, RCBC Bankard Services Corporation’s decision shall prevail in concurrence with DTI.
7. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Bankard.
