KEY HIGHLIGHTS

1. Apply for any qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card from January 10 to March 31, 2026.
2. Use your newly approved Card to meet the spending requirement and register online to select your preferred welcome gift.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Welcome Gift promo (“Offer”) is open to new-to-RCBC Credit Card applicants who applied from January 10 to March 31, 2026 (“Promo Period”), and subsequently got approved of the following credit cards:
• RCBC Flex Visa
• RCBC Flex Gold Visa
• YGC Rewards Plus RCBC Classic & Gold Visa
• RCBC Visa Platinum
• Co-Brands: AirAsia Classic and AirAsia Platinum
2. Qualified RCBC Credit cardholders must make a single-receipt or accumulated spend anywhere using the Card within 60 days from receipt of card.

3. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
4. All posted retail and installment transactions in pesos and in other currencies are qualified for the promo, including online transactions, mail & telephone orders, and recurring payments or bills payment transactions.
   
   The transactions are excluded from the promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, InstaLoan/YourCash, InstaCash/Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Cash-ins, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified:

5. Upon meeting the required spend, the qualified cardholder must fill out the redemption form until July 31, 2026, via the online redemption form to avail of the Welcome Gift and input the following:

• Card Embossed Name
• First 8 and Last 4 digits of your Card
• Preferred Welcome Gift

6. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration.
7. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully filled out the redemption form will receive a confirmation or the eVoucher via  via SMS to be sent to their registered mobile number based on the schedule below:

8. The cardholder can only avail of the offer and receive a Welcome Gift once for the duration of the promo.
9. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the Welcome Gift if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent and if he/she has registered for the promo and cancels the welcome gift.
10. The cardholder agrees not to cancel his/her RCBC Credit Card within 24 months from its issue date. In addition, by redeeming the welcome gift, the cardholder agrees to pay the full amount of the Annual Membership Fee. If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or waiver of annual membership fee, the amount equivalent to the welcome gift shall be charged to the cardholder’s credit card account as cancellation fee. The cancellation fee must be paid in full before the RCBC Credit Card may be cancelled by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
12. The offer is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions or program for new RCBC Credit cardholders, such as “No Annual Fee For Life”.
13. All employees of RCBC Bankard Services Corp., RCBC, and YGC as well as RCBC Wealth Clients are not qualified to avail of the offer.
14. Secured Card and other Card Types not specified in the promo mechanics are not qualified.
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
16. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Rewards Partners and its performance and/or delivery of services and/or products to cardholders, subject to the Promo Mechanics stated above, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. & Rewards Partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
17. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the issuance of last SMS confirmation.
18. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

REDEMPTION PROCESS

CASHBACK

1. The CASHBACK will be credited to the qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card within 7 business days from issuance of SMS confirmation.
2. The CASHBACK is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points. It is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the Card.

POWER MAC CENTER eGC

1. The qualified RCBC Visa cardholders will receive their Power Mac Center eGC in a form of a code via SMS to be sent to their registered mobile number.
2. To redeem, the Power Mac Center eGC must be presented at the counter of any participating Power Mac Center or The Loop branch.
3. The Power Mac Center eGC must be fully consumed in one transaction and can only be used for in-store purchases.
4. The Power Mac Center eGC has no expiry.
5. The Power Mac Center eGC can be used on selected and applicable promos only.

DELSEY

1. The Welcome Gift shall be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address on file within 10 to 15 business days from the issuance of SMS confirmation.
2. The delivery is free of charge until the 2nd attempt. Redelivery charge shall be applied if courier is unable to successfully deliver the item for the 3rd time (Estimate: ₱500-₱700 depending on the exact location).
3. In case the cardholder is not available upon delivery, an authorized representative may receive the Welcome Gift.
