PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all eligible RCBC Credit Card Cardholders who have valid RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers.
  2. Eligible RCBC Credit Cardholders may use their Rewards Vouchers in any branch of these partner restaurants from October 20, 2025 to April 15, 2026:
    1. Botejyu
    2. Maple Tree House
    3. Greyhound Café
    4. Du Hsiao Yueh
    5. Paper Moon Café
    6. Rossomopodoro
    7. Wing Zone
    8. Yogorino
  3. Valid RCBC Rewards Vouchers are those that are:
      • Not expired
      • Not soiled or tampered
      • Only come in the following denominations: ₱500, ₱1,000, ₱2,000 and ₱5,000
      • Confirmed valid upon examination by the store personnel
  4. An eligible cardholder, principal or supplementary, as long as listed on the RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Voucher, may use it either as full or partial payment of their food bill from any partner restaurants.
  5. To purchase using the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher, the cardholder has to do the following:
    1. Present RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher to Viva Foods Restaurant store personnel
    2. Present RCBC Credit Card
    3. Surrender the RCBC Credit Card’s and Merchant’s copy of the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher/s.
  6. The Cardholder may use multiple RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Voucher/s to purchase an item from the store for as long as the RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Voucher/s is/are valid.
  7. In cases where the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher is used as partial payment of a merchandise, the cardholder will be required to pay the remaining balance of the item either via straight or installment, using his/her RCBC Credit Card.
  8. Payment of the remaining amount of the merchandise via 0% Installment + Buy Now Pay Later is subject to RCBC Credit Cards’ and the merchant’s 0% Installment and Buy Now Pay Later terms and conditions.
  9. No person other than the principal and supplementary cardholder/s (as listed on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher/s) may use the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers at the partner merchants’ stores.
  10. Cardholders may use his/her RCBC Credit Card Rewards vouchers at any branch of Botejyu, Maple Tree House, Greyhound Café, Du Hsiao Yueh, Paper Moon Café, Rossomopodoro, Wing Zone, and Yogorino within store hours.
  11. Any unused portion of the total amount indicated on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers will be considered forfeited.
  12. The RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points, and not for sale.
  13. In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of the promo dates, fulfillment, etc., RCBC Credit Card’s decision shall be conclusive. All question or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards in concurrence with the approval from DTI.
