1. The promo period is from June 8 to July 31, 2026.
   Blackout dates apply: June 12 (Independence Day) and June 21 (Father's Day)
2. The Promo is open to RCBC Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.

   Eligible RCBC Premium Credit Cards are as follows:

• RCBC World Mastercard (including Hexagon Club Priority, Balesin, The City Club)
• RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature
• RCBC Platinum Mastercard (Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, YGC Rewards Plus Platinum)

3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers at HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La Manila using their RCBC Premium Credit Cards during the promo period:

 Validity:
Lunch: Monday to Friday
Dinner: Monday to Wednesday

 No. of Diners: Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 full-paying adults

4. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use a valid RCBC Premium Credit Card to pay for their single-receipt bill, inclusive government taxes and service charges.
5. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
6. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on the promotional offer, Senior Citizens and PWDs, may either avail of this promotional offer, or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A. 9994. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.
8. Edsa Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts Inc. reserves the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
9. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and other privilege discounts, complimentary vouchers, and rewards redemption vouchers.
10. Offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, gift certificates, or any item from the menu.
11. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
12. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC and Edsa Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
13. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC makes no representation for Edsa Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts Inc. and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
15. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC Credit Card shall apply.
