PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing, excluding Corporate Card.
2. Promo period is from May 15 to 17 and 29 to 31, 2026 at participating Robinsons Department Stores.
3. RCBC Credit Cardholders can avail of the following offers during the promo period:
   
• ₱100 Cashback for a min. single-receipt spend of ₱3,000 on straight transactions
• ₱300 Cashback for a min. single-receipt spend of ₱10,000 on installment transactions
  *The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts
4. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder should meet the minimum required spend using her/his RCBC Credit Card. No registration is required.
5. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
6. Cashback amount is capped at ₱400 per sale event. Only one qualified straight transaction and one installment transaction of the cardholder during each month during the promo period will be subjectedfor the cashback. Sample spend requirement and cashback computation:

8. Cashbacks are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, however, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the next statement cycle of the Card.
9. Cardholder must be active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting of cashback, otherwise, the earned cashback shall be forfeited.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
11. RCBC Bankard Services Corp./ RCBC Credit CaRobinsons Department Store reserves the right to reverse the amount of the cashback awarded to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholder in the event that the qualifying transactions were cancelled at a later date or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions.
12. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, and fulfillment, RCBC Bankard Services Corp/ RCBC Credit Card’s decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI. All decisions made will be deemed final and non-negotiable. All questions or disputes shall be raised by the Cardholder within sixty (30) days after crediting of cashback.
