  1. The total transaction amount must be charged to the RCBC Credit or Debit card through a point-of-sale (POS) terminal at the hotel.A valid ID must be presented for validation purposes
  2. A valid ID and the RCBC Card must be presented upon check-in. If the guest fails to present the card, the 12% promotional discount will be forfeited and the prevailing walk-in rate will apply.
  3. Published rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
  4. Charges for extra persons, meals, transportation, and other optional services are not included and will be charged separately.
  5. Bookings under this promo are non-refundable and non-modifiable. Changes to booking date are not allowed.
  6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no shows, early departures, or unused nights.

  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards, RCBC Debit Cards, and RED Planet Hotels shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit and Debit Cards.
  11.  Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
