  2. The Promo is open to RCBC Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.

  1. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use his/her valid RCBC Premium Credit Card to pay for his/her single- receipt bill inclusive of government taxes and service charge.
  2. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
  3. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
  4. For purchases of goods and services under promotional discounts, a Senior Citizen may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whicheveris higher. Regardless of the discount chosen, VAT exemption on the personal consumption of the Senior Citizen or PWD shall still apply.
  5. The Manila Hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
  6. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and other privilege discounts, complimentary vouchers, and rewards redemption vouchers.
  7. Offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, gift certificates or any item from the menu.
  8. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
  9. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Card and The Manila Hotel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  10. RCBC Credit Card makes no representation for The Manila Hotel and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
  11. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
  12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC Credit Card shall apply.
