PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo runs until March 14, 2027.
    Stay period is until March 15, 2027.
  3. Cardholders can enjoy the following offers at Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period:
      • 35% OFF on Rooms based on Published Rates
      • 15% OFF on food & beverage
        Valid for dine-in transactions a minimum spend of ₱5,000, excluding promo items
  1. During peak season, a surcharge of ₱2,500/room per day applies.

    Peak Season:

      • Holy Week: Apr. 2 - 5, 2026
      • Halloween: Oct. 31 - Nov. 2, 2026
      • Christmas & New Year: Dec. 24, 2026 - Jan. 2, 2027

Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.

  1. The general hotel terms and conditions of Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa apply.
  2. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  4. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa and RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC/RBSC.
  5. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
