  3. One-time rebooking is allowed. The date modification/rebooking must be done 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
  4. Cancellations caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, government restrictions can be rescheduled but not refunded. Rebooking is accepted within the stated travel validity for this promotion.
  5. Booking is not transferrable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.
  6. The full payment is required upon reservation & is non-refundable.
  7. Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to allocate rooms under this promotion.

  9. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly a Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts via phone or email. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  10. The standard room cancellation policy of Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts applies.
  11. The general hotel terms and conditions of Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts apply.
  12. Cardholders with mandatory and government regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  14. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Two Seasons Hotels & Resorts and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
