PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.

  3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following discounted rates based on Published Rates at Bohol Shores with their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period:
      • 30% OFF during Regular Season
      • 20% OFF during the Peak Season (Christmas & New Year Season, Chinese New Year and Holy Week)
  1. Full payment is required upon booking.
  2. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly via:

  3. The following information will be needed when you are making your reservations:
      • Complete Name of the Guests
      • Stay Dates
      • Number of Persons (Adults and Kids including age) 11 years old and above is considered adult and will be charge extra person rate
      • Contact Number
      • Email address
      • Front Copy/back of your RCBC Credit Card showing the full name and last 4 digits of card number
      • 1 Valid ID of the credit card holder
  4. If room is available on the preferred dates of stay, the hotel will confirm your reservations by sending an email with the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  5. In the Booking Confirmation Voucher that you will receive, you will find an Online Payment Link that you will access in order to settle your room reservations using your RCBC Credit Card. Hotel will require a copy of RCBC Credit Card Front Image prior to settlement.
    The Payment Link provided is valid for 3 days where you will input your card details:
      • Card Holder’s Name
      • Card Number
      • Expiry Date
      • CVV
  6. Once payment is done, please make sure to take a screenshot of the transaction and email it to boholshoresreservations@yahoo.com; bohoshoressales@gmail.com for us to verify the transaction.
      • Upon arrival, you will be required to present the actual card you used in paying your room reservations. Please be advised that the card holder and guest name must be the same.
      • If in any case you fail to present the actual card upon check-in, the promo/discount will not apply and you will be asked to pay the applicable rate without the discount. No show on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of stay. No refund will be made.
      • By participating in this promo, the cardholder agrees and consent that their personal data (e.g.name, email address, contact number, card number and Valid ID) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Bohol Shores in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.
  7. Child Policy:
      • Maximum of 2 Kids, 10 years old and below are allowed per room, sharing a bed with an adult.
      • 0- 5 years old are free of charge, no breakfast. There is an optional charge of ₱350.00/pax/day for kid breakfast.
      • 6 – 10 years old, with a kid charge of ₱500.00/pax/night inclusive of breakfast.
      • In excess of 2 kids, an extra kid will be charged as an adult, with a charge of ₱1,500.00/pax/night, inclusive of breakfast.
      • 11 years old and above are considered adults, with a charge of ₱1,500.00/pax/night, inclusive of breakfast.
  8. Hotel/Resort requires a minimum of 2 Nights stay on Peak Season dates (Christmas & New Year Season, Chinese New Year and Holy Week)
  9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and privileges.
  10. The promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
