Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.

2. Promo period is from February 1 to October 31, 2022.

3. Cardholders can avail of the following offers during the promo period using their RCBC Bankard credit card:

ROOMS

• 20% OFF based on Best Available Rates at Costa Pacifica Baler via direct booking

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

• 10% OFF on food and beverages at the Beach House and Restaurant + Bar

4. To avail of the Room Promo, the Cardholder must book via call or email Costa Pacifica Baler and inform the Reservations Officer prior to booking that the RCBC Bankard will be used for payment and the discount will be availed.

5. Advance reservation is required to guarantee the availability of rooms. Reservations may be made by booking at the website or emailing/calling the reservation hotlines stated above.

6. The cardholder must use his/her valid RCBC Bankard to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes). However, discount will only apply to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant. The cardholder must be part of the traveling party and must be able to present the actual credit card upon check-in.

7. To avail the F&B Promo at the Beach House and Restaurant + Bar, cardholder must present and use his/her RCBC Bankard during bill out.

8. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Bankard and with other promotional offers, privileges, or VIP cards of Costa Pacifica Baler. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.

9. The offers are not valid for Banquets, Events, and private corporate reservations.

10. Advance reservation is required to guarantee availability of rooms. Reservations may be made by calling the reservation hotlines stated above.

11. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

13. The standard room cancellation policy of Costa Pacifica applies.

14. The general hotel terms and conditions of Costa Pacifica applies.

15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Costa Pacifica Baler and RCBC Bankard shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Bankard.
