Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing. 

2. Booking Period: April 18 to December 25, 2022, Stay Period: April 18, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

3. Valid in selected RedDoorz properties. 

4. Cardholders can avail of the following offers when they make an online booking via RedDoorz mobile app or website at www.reddoorz.com using their RCBC Credit Card.

• Special Offer: 20% OFF for new and existing RedDoorz PH members  (booking period until May 31, 2022 only) using the promo code PHRD20
• Standard Offer: 15% OFF for new and existing RedDoorz PH members using the promo code RCBC15

5. Discount is capped at a maximum price of Php500.

6. Promo is valid for one-time use only. Applicable at selected properties only, see list of excluded properties here.

7. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash. The offer cannot be convertible to cash.

8. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and of RedDoorz.

9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RedDoorz and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.

How to avail the discount:

1. Download RedDoorz App in google play store of Ios or Visit the website at https://www.reddoorz.com/en-ph/

On RedDoorz App:

1. Download the app via the play store or (ios) app store.

2. After downloading, open the application.

3. After clicking, choose the city where you prefer to have your stay. Type into the search button the city name and it will show the list of Reddoorz properties based on what is stated. User can also state the exact Reddoorz property name.

4. Choose the exact RedDoorz property you would like to book (e.g. RedDoorz near SM City Batangas).

5. Click the button ‘Book now’

6. User will be directed to its booking details. 

7. Check your preferred stay dates (e.g. April 18 to April 20, 2020).

8. Edit (if necessary) the number of rooms your need for your booking and the number of guests

9. On the middle part, select the ‘View all promo code’

10. Enter the promo code “RCBC15” and press apply.

11. The 15 percent discount will automatically be applied

12. Choose your terms of payment

13. The user must select the payment method (Credit card)

On RedDoorz Website:

1. Open your web browser and visit the website https://www.reddoorz.com/en-ph/

2. Once the website is open type in the city area or exact RedDoorz property where you would like to have your booking.

3. Select the stay the dates preferred (e.g. April 18 to April 20, 2020)

4. Select the number of rooms you prefer

5. Click the search button

6. If you have chosen only the city, choose the exact RedDoorz property based from the list stated.

7. Click the ‘Book Now’ button

8. Enter the promo code ‘RCBC15’ and press apply button. The discount will be applied

9. Press the button ‘continue’.

10. You have the option to enter your email address as a guest or use your RedDoorz or Facebook account when pushing through with the booking

11. Press the ‘continue’ button and enter your details as a guest (First name, last name, contact details)

12. Click ‘Pay now, the user must select the payment method (Credit Card)
