  2. Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
  3. Rescheduled appointments must be made within the promo period.
  4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC and Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care and RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI.
  6. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC/RBSC.
  7. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
  8. The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
