PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit & Debit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing.
  2. Promo period is from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
  3. The promo entitles the Cardholders to 10% OFF on all pet vaccinations and 5% OFF on pet food (excluding on-sale items) using their RCBC Credit & Debit Cards during the promo period.
  4. Promo is valid for onsite transactions only.
  5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC and New Alabang Veterinary Center.
  6. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the merchant and RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC/RBSC.
  7. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
