In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, if applicable, whichever is higher.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on DTI-approved promotional discount, the person with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Republic Act 10754, “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities,” if applicable, whichever is higher.
By availing the Promo, the Cardholder agrees to the processing of his/her personal data and other information required for the Promo's availment, grant and administration. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be addressed to the Merchant.

Terms and Conditions – Room Offer

Rates are based on single or twin-sharing accommodation.
No minimum length of stay is required.
All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, while the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Bookings must be coursed directly with Astoria’s reservations office.
To avail of the promo, prior reservation is required. Cardholders must send an email or call with their complete information via the following contact details:

All guests are required to present valid government-issued IDs upon check-in.
Offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
Offer is valid for a maximum of 3 rooms per booking.
Room rates include overnight accommodation, breakfast, and taxes. Extra person charge, room upgrade, and other incidentals incurred will be on guest’s personal account and must be settled upon purchase at the property.
Except during peak seasons, the same promo rate per night applies if the RCBC credit cardholders extend their stay.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months (subject to availability).
Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of ₱1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.

The promotion is valid for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱1,000 and a maximum single-receipt purchase of ₱10,000.
Drinks, group meals, and special offers are excluded from this promo.
