How to Avail of the United Club Lounge Pass:

1. Send an email to mnlsolutionscenter@united.com and attach the copy of the ticket by October 31, 2026.
2. Once verified, customers will receive an e-voucher.
3. Customers can present the e-voucher upon checking in at any United Club lounge locations available.

How to Avail of the Free Bonus Miles:

1. Send an email to mnlsolutionscenter@united.com and attach the copy of the ticket together with the screenshot of the new MileagePlus signup by October 31, 2026.
2. Once verified, customers will receive an email that the free bonus miles have been added to their MileagePlus account.

3. United Club lounge access e-voucher must be used on the same date of the cardholder's date of travel.
4. United Club voucher is for one-time complimentary access only

6. Free one-time complimentary access to United Club. Lounge voucher is granted for every ticket booked on Economy Class and Premium Economy Class with United Airlines (applicable to MNL-USA, CEB-USA, flights only)
7. Published fares are excluding applicable taxes and surcharges/fees.
8. Ticket Validity - Maximum stay allowed is 1 year and validity is based on date of original ticket issuance
9. United Club lounge pass is 1 year valid from date of issuance.
10. Acceptance to the lounge will be subject to space availability.
11. United Club lounge access and FREE Bonus Miles are non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.

15. By using the lounge pass, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the participating United Airlines lounge. Any customer who violates or fails to comply with any such terms or rules may be refused entry to or asked to vacate the lounge facilities.
16. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the customer.
