1. The Promo is open to RCBC Credit Card cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing. The Promo offers the following discounts:

1. Economy Class – US$ 50
2. Business Class – US$ 100

2. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to avail of the best fares from Emirates for purchases of airline tickets. Book online via Emirates website, app, and partner travel agencies. The Promo is not open to flights originating from outside the Philippines.
3. Fares quoted exclude all taxes and surcharges (such as but not limited to applicable Philippine Travel Tax and Terminal Fee). Other fees and charges for seat selection, etc. vary per destination and per passenger and are based on Emirates terms and conditions.
4. Fares are valid only on Emirates-marketed and operated flights.
5. Ticket restrictions are indicated in the fare rules details.
6. All flight sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
7. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for extended layovers between flights.
8. Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.
9. Emirates may ask for a passenger's valid passport copy.
10. Qualified Cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to depart/enter/transit their destination and acknowledge the risk involved in traveling, including delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Emirates and RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC) shall not be held responsible for any refund or associated costs if Cardholder is denied entry to a country of transit or destination due to incomplete documents, travel restrictions, or health protocols.

11. The other terms and conditions of Emirates, including their cancellation policy and any government travel restrictions, will apply.
12. The Promo is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product. The Promo may not be used in conjunction with other promos, discounts, or offers.
13. The Cardholder agrees that should their purchase be found fraudulent, RCBC/RBSC shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to their card.
14. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the fares shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Emirates with the concurrence of DTI. In case of a dispute regarding RCBC Credit Cards only and the Cardholders' card use, the decision of RCBC/RBSC, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. If, however, the dispute involves Emirates and its performance of the services and/or delivery of products to the Cardholder, subject to the General Provisions set out here, the decision of RCBC/RBSC and Emirates, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
15. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part thereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they apply to this Promo.
