Here's how to redeem your Bonus Miles & Lounge Access:

1. Send an email to mnlsolutionscenter@united.com and attach a copy of the ticket.
2. Once verified, the United Airlines team will send the e-voucher that can be presented to any locations where United Club lounges are available.
3. Please be advised that acceptance will be subject to space availability.
4. Present the barcode/QR code upon checking in to any United Club lounge locations available: https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/travel/airport/united-club-and-lounges/locations.html
