PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo runs until October 15, 2026, and is valid from Monday to Friday.
   Blackout dates apply: Government-declared regular and special holidays and promotional events designated by the restaurant
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy Buy 6, Get 2 FREE on Pies, Danish and Croissant all day when they pay using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period:
4. Offer is valid for dine-in and takeout transactions.
5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Big Momma’s Artisan Pies & Co.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
7. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and Big Momma’s Artisan Pies & Co. shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
8. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
