9. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
10. Whilst on your holiday, Anantara Vacation Club requests your attendance at an Anantara preview lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. Cardholders are requested to participate in the presentation together with his/her spouse or partner.
11. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.

14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).
15. Any additional charges must be settled with an RCBC Credit Card. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
16. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained with concurrence of DTI.
