PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to selected RCBC Premium Credit cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo period is from September 15 to December 31, 2025.
  3. Eligible Cardholders are pre-qualified to apply for the Smart Postpaid SIM-only Plan with their RCBC Premium Credit Card, and enjoy the following exclusive perks:
      • 25% OFF on Smart Postpaid SIM-only Plan or save up to ₱7,497 when you enroll in Smart Auto-Charge Agreement for 12 months.
      • Pre-qualification for up to Plan 1499
  4. Interested cardholders must complete and submit the online form here and schedule a call with a Smart representative to discuss the offer.
  5. Upon successful enrollment in the Smart Auto-Charge Agreement, monthly payments will be automatically charged to the enrolled RCBC Credit Card. The MSF Rebate, if applicable, will be credited to the next Smart Postpaid bill. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
  2. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
  3. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC to the cardholder’s credit or debit account.
  4. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
  5. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards, reminders, and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
  6. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Smart with the concurrence of the DTI. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
  7. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
