- Rebooking & Cancellation Policy:
- Edsa Shangri-La & Makati Shangri-La:
- Room bookings using the e-voucher may be rebooked without penalty up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled beyond 14 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the e-voucher.
- Shangri-La Mactan
Voucher redemption is subject to room availability at the time of booking and must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Once a reservation is made, amendments and re-bookings are not permitted. Cancellation or No show will result in the forfeiture of the e-voucher. - E-vouchers not redeemed within the validity period (October 30, 2026 – October 31, 2027) are non-extendable and non-refundable.
- E-vouchers cannot be used to fulfill minimum room requirements for groups or events.
- Rates are non-combinable with any other discounts and/or other offers.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or discounts, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, in-store sales, or partner VIP/membership privileges.
