PROMO MECHANICS

A. ELIGIBILITY

1. The promo is open to all new and existing PriceLOCQ users and SEAOIL VIP members who have a qualified RCBC Mastercard or Visa Credit Card.
2. The Cardholder must be 18 years old and above with a valid Philippine Driver’s license.
3. Promo runs until February 8, 2026.
4. Raffle entries can be earned by cardholders through the following:
1. For RCBC Sponsored Prizes (exclusive to RCBC Credit Cardholders only):
   Top up liter balance through PriceLOCQ or cash in at least ₱200 to your LOCQPay Balance using an RCBC Mastercard or Visa Credit Card to earn one (1) entry.

2. For SEAOIL Sponsored Prizes (RCBC and non-RCBC Credit Cardholders)
   Pay for SEAOIL fuels, lubricants, and Lubeserv services at any SEAOIL VIP-activated stations from November 17, 2025 - February 8, 2026 to qualify.
• Any non-PriceLOCQ awarded with VIP Points: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL Lubricants or SEAGAS LPG (single or accumulated transactions) to get one (1) entry.
• Any non-PriceLOCQ awarded with VIP Points: Purchase at least ₱200 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get one (1) entry.
• LOCQPay: Purchase at least ₱50 on any SEAOIL lubricants or Lubeserv services (single or accumulated transactions) to get one (1) additional entry.
• LOCQPay: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get one (1) additional entry.
• Pay with Liters: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get one (1) additional entry.

5. Entries are automatically awarded with every transaction. Customers will receive notifications via the app, email, and SMS (for VIP members).
6. Each awarded entry serves as the official registration for the promotion.
7. The promo can be availed in conjunction with the RCBC & SEAOIL Fuel Discount Promo.
8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo at SEAOIL or PriceLOCQ and RCBC Credit Cards unless otherwise indicated.

B. RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZES

1. Raffle entries will be electronically generated and will be made available by the raffle draw dates:
1. First Draw: December 15, 2025
2. Second Draw: January 12, 2026
3. Grand Draw: February 9, 2026

2. Determination of winners will be held at SEAOIL Philippines Inc., 19th Floor, The Taipan Place, F. Ortigas Jr., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines and under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
3. The cardholder can only win once.
4. The RCBC Credit Card of the winners must be active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting and awarding of the prize, otherwise, the earned prize shall be forfeited.
5. RCBC sponsored prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
6. SEAOIL sponsored prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by SEAOIL Philippines Inc.

C. NOTIFICATION & CREDITING OF RCBC SPONSORED PRIZES FOR WINNERS

1. The winner will be notified by RCBC Credit Cards via registered mail and e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
2. Winners will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
3. Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered e-mail.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
5. Winner must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: marketingpromotions@rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon crediting/claiming of the of the prize.
6. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 48 hours from the date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner.
7. In relation to the promo, RCBC Credit Cards might request a photo of the winner showcasing/ enjoying the usage of his/her RCBC Credit Card. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Credit Cards’ official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mailer.
8. All questions and issues arising from the promo may be raised to RCBC only and will only be accepted the promo will only be accepted, within thirty (30) calendar days from posting of the freebie, after which the promotion is considered conclusive.

D. NOTIFICATION & CREDITING OF SEAOIL SPONSORED PRIZES FOR WINNERS

1. The winner will be notified by SEAOIL via registered mail, email, or text message within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
2. Winners will be announced and posted on SEAOIL’s official social media page.
3. Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered mail notification.
4. Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.
5. Upon claiming the prize, the winner must present the following:
• Driver’s license
• Registered mail, email, or text message
6. Prizes not redeemed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification will be forfeited upon approval of DTI-FTEB.
7. By participating in this promotion, all participants and winners grant SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, SEAOIL Website, or Official SEAOIL Facebook Page.

E. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. By joining this promo, the Cardholder:
• agrees to receive SMS/text messages or emails, and freely consents to process their personal information in relation to the promo.
• confirms responsibility for providing their personal information and other information that may be required by PriceLOCQ and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of PriceLOCQ / SEAOIL PHILIPPINES
• acknowledges that they have read and understood the Promo Mechanics and agree to be bound by the same in their participation.
2. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, SEAOIL Philippines Inc., its advertising agency, its suppliers, and participating stations including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
3. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
4. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC and SEAOIL Philippines Inc., in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
5. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
