PROMO MECHANICS 

1. The promo is exclusive to all active and current RCBC Credit Cardholders in good credit standing with sufficient Rewards Points balance at the time of redemption.
2. The promo runs from October 1 to 31, 2026.
3. During the promo period, eligible cardholders may redeem Diamond Hotel's Diamond Indulgence membership at a discounted rate using their RCBC Credit Card Rewards Points. Cardholders must choose one of the following redemption options:
• Pure Points: Full payment using 58,100 Rewards Points (discounted from the standard 72,600 points)
• Fast Track: A combination payment of 29,050 Rewards Points and a straight credit card charge of ₱4,255, which will be automatically billed to the cardholder's RCBC Credit Card account.

HOW TO REDEEM

1. Verify Points Balance: Cardholders must ensure their account holds sufficient Rewards Points to process the Diamond Indulgence membership redemption.
2. Register Online: Cardholders must register to redeem (click here to register). By submitting this form, the cardholder provides explicit consent to:

1. Debit the required Rewards Points from their account balance.
2. Share their Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address with Diamond Hotel and its partner, Hospitality Marketing Concepts, strictly for membership fulfillment purposes.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION & TIMELINE

1. Processing Lead Time: Cardholders must allow up to fifteen (15) working days from the date of online registration for full validation and membership activation to be completed.
2. Deduction Confirmation: Cardholders will receive an SMS or email notification from RCBC once the points have been successfully deducted from their account.
3. Activation Alert: Diamond Hotel will activate the membership and issue a successful activation welcome alert to the cardholder via SMS or email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Account Standing: The cardholder’s account must remain active and in good credit standing throughout the registration and fulfillment processes.
2. Insufficient Points: If an account is found to lack sufficient points or is deemed ineligible upon review, the registration will be disqualified. The cardholder will be notified of the disqualification via SMS.
3. Duplicate Memberships: Should a cardholder possess an existing, active Diamond Indulgence membership that prevents a new activation, the registration will be canceled. Any deducted RCBC Rewards Points will be subsequently credited back to the cardholder's account.

5. For inquiries regarding membership benefits and usage, Cardholders may contact Diamond Hotel/Hospitality Marketing Concepts.
6. All Rewards Points redemptions are final, strictly non-transferable, and non-convertible to cash.
7. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC and Diamond Hotel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
