ELIGIBILITY

  1. The promo is exclusive to active RCBC Credit Cardholders* in good credit standing with sufficient Rewards Points balance at the time of redemption.
  2. Promo period is from October 20 to December 15, 2026.

*Not applicable to RCBC Credit Cardholders enrolled in the RCBC Airmiles Program. RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature, Landmark Anson's, and AirAsia Cardholders are not qualified for this promo.

HOW TO REDEEM

  1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must complete the official online registration form within the promo period.
  2. The Cardholder must provide their Full Name, the first eight (8) and last four (4) digits of their card, chosen redemption option (Pure Points or Fast Track), and quantity.
  3. Within twenty (20) working days from successful registration, eligible Cardholders will receive an Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) via their registered email address containing their unique Membership Code and the official ALL Accor+ Explorer membership redemption URL.
  4. All ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships must be redeemed within seven (7) working days from receipt of the Membership Code sent through the eDM. Otherwise, the code may be voided and deemed invalid for use.
  5. Cardholders must follow the redemption instructions in the eDM to activate their membership on the Accor platform. Upon successful activation, ALL Accor+ Explorer will send a welcome alert via email.

Note: Existing ALL Accor+ Explorer members cannot enroll using an email address already tied to an active membership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If an account is found to have insufficient points or is deemed ineligible upon review, the registration will be disqualified, and an SMS notification will be sent to inform the cardholder.
  2. Rewards points spent are non-refundable. Unique membership codes are single-use only, and multiple redemptions require a different email address for each code.
  3. Redemptions are non-convertible to cash, cannot be exchanged for other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other Accor promotions.
  4. All redemptions are final; no returns, exchanges, or cash refunds will be permitted.
  5. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC and ALL Accor+ Explorer with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
