HOW IT WORKS

  1. Call & Redeem
    Convert your RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Points into a Rewards Voucher by calling the RCBC Credit Customer Service hotline.

    Redeem for only 19,800 Rewards Points (₱3,000 value). Check your available Rewards Points via the RCBC Pulz app.

  2. Receive
    After successful redemption, your Rewards Voucher will be delivered to your registered billing address. 
  3. Enjoy
    Present your Rewards Voucher and your RCBC Credit Card at PAGSS lounge to access and relax before your flight.


PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all eligible RCBC Credit Card Cardholders who have valid RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers.
  2. use their Rewards Vouchers at any of the following PAGSS Lounge locations:
      • NAIA Terminal 1
      • Davao International Airport
      • Puerto Princesa International Airport
  3. Valid RCBC Rewards Vouchers must be:
      • Untampered, unsoiled, and unexpired 
      • Verified by the lounge personnel upon presentation.
  4. An eligible cardholder (principal or supplementary) may use the RCBC Rewards Voucher as full payment for their lounge access at PAGSS Lounge locations.
  5. Redeem for only 19,800 Rewards Points (₱3,000 value).
  6. Redemption must be made using vouchers only. Partial payment (combining vouchers with cash or a credit card) for a single entry is strictly prohibited.
  7. Travel companions aged eight (8) years old and below are allowed to enter for free.
  8. Any unused portion of the total amount indicated on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher will be considered forfeited.
  9. To ensure seamless entry, cardholders must comply with the following:
      • Present the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher to the lounge personnel.
      • Present the RCBC Credit Card: The name and credit card number printed on the Rewards Voucher must match the physical RCBC Credit Card presented.
      • Surrender both the RCBC’s and Merchant’s copies of the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher(s).
  10. RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points and are not for sale.
