PROMO MECHANICS

I. PROMO PERIOD & COVERAGE

1. The Race the World 2026 promo (“Promo”) is for three (3) races:

II. HOW TO EARN RAFFLE ENTRIES

1. Card Usage: Cardholders will earn one (1) raffle entry for every ₱1,000 single-receipt spend using an eligible RCBC Visa Credit Card.
• 1 entry – Domestic In-store Transactions
• 2 entries – Domestic Online Transactions
• 3 entries – International / Cross-Border In-store and Online Transactions
• New-to-RCBC Visa Credit Card activation earns 4 raffle entries.

The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries: Installment transactions under Balance Conversion, Cash Loan, Card Balance Transfer, UNLIPAY, and Merchant Installment, Cash Advance transactions, Fees, charges, penalties, interest, Cancelled, voided, reversed, or refunded transactions, Gambling, casino, betting, and quasi-cash transactions, Money transfers, remittance, mobile wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, etc.).

III. RAFFLE DRAWS

A. Race Experience Draws

Each race destination will have one winner.

B. Watch Party Draws

Each watch party will have 20 winners.

A Cardholder may only win once under this Promo. If a Cardholder’s name is drawn for both the Race Experience and the Race Night Watch Party prize, the Cardholder will be awarded the prize with the higher value, and another winner will be drawn for the other prize.

All draws will be conducted electronically under the supervision of a DTI representative.

IV. PRIZES

A. Race Experience Package for 2 (per race)
Each Grand Prize includes:

1. Round-trip Business Class airfare for 2
2. 5D/4N hotel accommodations (4-star or higher)

V. FLIGHT TERMS & CONDITIONS (GRAND PRIZE WINNERS)

1. Airline, routing, and flight schedule will be arranged by Visa and RCBC.
2. Tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once booked.
3. Only airfare is covered. All other travel-related costs (visa fees, insurance, incidental charges, terminal fees, etc.) are shouldered by the winner.
4. Travel must follow the exact fixed dates per race and cannot be rebooked or extended.
5. Winners must provide guest information 6 weeks before departure.
6. Passport must have at least 6 months' validity from the travel date.

VI. NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

A. Winner Notification

1. Winners (Race Trips & Watch Parties) will be notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and/or phone call within two (2) weeks after each draw.
2. Winners will also be announced through RCBC Credit Cards’ website and official social media pages.

B. Claiming Requirements – Race Experience Package

Race Trip winners must submit the following to service@rcbcbankard.com within 60 days from receipt of winner notification using the subject line format:
“Race the World – [Race] – [Full Name]”
(Example: Race the World – Monaco – Juan Dela Cruz)

1. Valid government-issued ID
2. Photocopy of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
3. Duly accomplished Quit Claim
4. Presentation of the RCBC Visa Credit Card used for the winning transaction

Failure to comply within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to DTI approval.

C. Claiming Requirements – Watch Party Winners

1. Attendance confirmation must be emailed to service@rcbcbankard.com using the subject line format:
   “Race Night Watch Party – [Race] – [Full Name]”
   (Example: Race Night Watch Party  – Monaco – Juan Dela Cruz)

2. On-site winners must present:
• Valid government-issued ID
• RCBC Visa Credit Card used for the winning transaction

Failure to comply with requirements within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to DTI approval.

D. Failure to Contact / Forfeiture Rules

A prize may be forfeited if:

1. The winner cannot be contacted within 10 days from the date of announcement;
2. Requirements are not submitted within deadlines;
3. Winner is proven ineligible;
4. The Watch Party winner does not confirm attendance by the stated deadline.
5. The Race Experience winner fails to provide complete travel details (including companion information) at least 6 weeks before scheduled outbound travel.

RCBC reserves the right to select another winner with prior DTI approval.

VII. GENERAL TERMS

1. Prizes are transferable to immediate family but not convertible to cash.
2. RCBC reserves the right to verify eligibility and winning transactions.
3. RCBC and Visa may replace prize components with items of equal or greater value.
4. Employees of RCBC, RBSC, Visa, and agencies, including relatives up to the 2nd degree, are disqualified.
5. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
6. By availing the Promo, the client agrees to the Promo terms, provides and allow RCBC to process his/her personal data and other information that may be required for the availment, grant and administration of the Promo, including the use winners’ names, photos, and videos for marketing without additional compensation. Such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of RCBC.
7. In case of dispute/s regarding the Promo including, but not limited to, the client’s eligibility, coverage period, and fulfilment, the same shall be resolved by RCBC and Visa, subject to the terms and conditions of this Promo. RCBC and Visa’s decision shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.

Limited., Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services Inc., Visa Do Brasil Empreendimentos LTDA, Visa International Servicios de Pago España, S.R.L.U and those entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, any of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and each of their respective client financial institutions and merchants, and each of the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of all of the foregoing (collectively, “Visa”), Block, Inc., MKTG, Inc., the Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team (the “Team”) and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing (each, a “Visa Party” and collectively, the “Visa Parties”) and any other Team and F1 commercial sponsors are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. The Team is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion, including the fulfilment of any prizes.

   The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize, the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements. The prize is not negotiable and the winners/recipients must not re-sell the prize in any way. In the event of the prize being unavailable, Visa/RCBC reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the Visa/RCBC. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize.

   So far as is permitted by law, RCBC (and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing), the Visa Parties and other Team sponsors, and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of Monaco, Monza, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026 and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it. By participating in this promotion, the client understands and agrees that he/she is not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the Team or Monaco, Monza, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026 and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities.

   In exchange for being allowed to participate in the promotion, each winner/recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify RCBC (and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing), the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the Promo. The winner/recipient further covenants and agrees that for the consideration stated above, he or she will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against RCBC, any Visa Party for any claim for damages arising or growing out of his or her participation in the Promo whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

9. All decisions of RCBC and Visa, with DTI concurrence, are final.
