1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Booking Period is until May 11, 2026.
   Stay period is until May 30, 2026.
   Blackout dates: Government-declared holidays, long weekends, Christmas Holiday Season (December 20, 2025 to January 1, 2026), Holy Week (Maundy Thursday – Black Saturday)
3. Cardholders are entitled to avail the following offers on rooms and accommodations with their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period:

• 15% OFF on Best Available Rates
• 20% OFF on spa services at Rain, The Spa from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

4. To avail of the promo, prior reservation is required. Cardholder may do any of the following:

5. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards and the participating hotels/resorts.
7. The standard room cancellation policy of participating hotels/resorts applies.
8. Reservations and prepayment are encouraged and they are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
9. Promo is bookable through email, phone call or walk-in.
10. The general hotel terms and conditions of participating hotels/resorts applies.
11. Cardholders with mandatory and government regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the participating hotels/resorts and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
