- The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
- Cardholders can avail of up to 70% OFF on select items when they use their RCBC Credit Cards to purchase during the Pet Express Dog & Cat Expo 2025 on July 18-20, 2025, from 10 AM to 10 PM, at the SMX Manila Halls 3–4, MOA Complex, Pasay City.

- Promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Pet Express.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Pet Express and RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
