Promo Mechanics:

1. The Promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of RCBC Bankard collectively, “Qualified Cardholders”.
2. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to avail of exclusive discounts from Japan Airlines for straight purchases of airline tickets during the Selling Period, provided that the sale transactions are settled using a qualified RCBC Bankard Credit Card.

4. Fares quoted are exclusive of all taxes and surcharges. Philippine Travel tax will be settled separately at the airport. If eligible for exemption or discount, documents must be presented upon check-in.
5. Fares are valid only on Japan Airlines’ marketed and operated flights via Japan.
6. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
7. Flight originating from outside Philippines is not eligible for this offer.
8. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.
9. Fares and taxes will be in USD and RCBC Bankard conversion/exchange rates shall apply upon posting.
10. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of Japan Airlines.

14. For cardholders visiting Japan, please note that Filipino tourists will only be allowed to enter Japan provided that they travel in a GUIDED TOUR PACKAGE organized by a Philippine Travel Agency AND a Japanese Tour Operator. This service is not included in this offer and the cardholder is responsible to source this outside of this promo.
15. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
16. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, RCBC Bankard shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.
17. All questions or disputes regarding the RCBC Bankard’s Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by RCBC Bankard in concurrence with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
18. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the fares shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Japan Airlines with the concurrence of DTI.
19. In case of dispute in respect of RCBC Bankard only and the Cardholders' card use, the decision of RCBC Bankard with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves Japan Airlines and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of RCBC Bankard and Japan Airlines with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
20. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Bankard Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
