PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing, excluding Corporate Cards.
2. Promo period is from November 18, 2022 to January 19, 2023.
3. Each cardholder will earn one (1) raffle entry for every ₱1,000.00 spend on any of the following transactions:
• Retail Transactions – Online, POS-Based, International, Domestic, Straight or 0% Installment
• UnliPay Transactions

4. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:
• RCBC Credit Cards Installment Program availments such as but not limited to Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, Your Cash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
• All types of Auto-charge, Recurring bill transactions, Bills payment (e.g., Meralco, Telco), RCBC Credit Card’s Fast BillsPay
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Financial Institution, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service and software providers; transactions for business purposes
• Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
5. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
6. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join this raffle promo.
7. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp hold the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
8. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.

RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZES

1. Raffle entries will be electronically generated and will be made available by the raffle draw date:

2. Raffle draw will be held at the RCBC Bankard Head Office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
3. Since most are on a work-from-home arrangement, representatives can witness the raffle draw through any of the following online platforms: Zoom, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
4. The cardholder can only win once.
5. Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
6. For the prize of Trip to Japan for 2 pax, Winner/ Cardholder will be given the freedom to choose whatever accommodation and airline he/she wants, provided that all expense will not exceed to ₱200,000. Any amount exceeding ₱200,000 in relation to the winner’s vacation trip to Japan will be shouldered by the cardholder. The prize will be charged to the winners’ RCBC Credit Card account as Shopping Credits. Winner shall coordinate the selected date of the trip, accommodation, & airline with the RCBC Bankard Services. Corp / RCBC Credit Cards to process the crediting of Shopping Credits. Vacation Trip schedule of the cardholder to Japan shall commence within March to December 2023.
7. For All prizes in the form of Shopping Credits, Cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting, otherwise, the earned Shopping Credits shall be forfeited
8. The winner of Samsung UHD UA75AU7000GXXP has to shoulder the shipping/logistics cost of the prize.
9. Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
