PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo period is from March 20 to May 10, 2026. Raffle draw is on May 15, 2026 and will be conducted electronically under the supervision of a DTI representative.
2. The Promo is open to RCBC Visa Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.

   Eligible RCBC Visa Credit Cards are as follows:

• Visa Infinite
• Airmiles Visa Signature
• Visa Platinum
• AirAsia Platinum
• Flex
• Flex Gold
• YGC Rewards Plus RCBC Visa Gold
• YGC Rewards Plus RCBC Visa Classic

3. Eligible cardholders will earn raffle entries for every ₱1,000 single-receipt spend:

   For Flex, Flex Gold, YGC Rewards Plus Gold & Classic, AirAsia Classic Cardholders

   • One (1) entry – Domestic In-store Transactions
   • Two (2) entries – Overseas / Cross-Border In-store Transactions

For Visa Infinite, Airmiles Visa Signature, Visa Platinum, AirAsia Platinum:

4. The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries: Installment transactions under Balance Conversion, Cash Loan, Card Balance Transfer, UnliPay, and Merchant Installment, Cash Advance transactions, Fees, charges, penalties, interest, Cancelled, voided, reversed, or refunded transactions, Gambling, casino, betting, and quasi-cash transactions, Money transfers, remittance, mobile wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, etc.).

   Registration is required only once during the Promo Period.
6. A Cardholder may only win once under this Promo. If a Cardholder’s name is drawn for two (2) concurrent RCBC raffle promos, the Cardholder will be awarded the prize with the higher value, and another winner will be drawn for the other prize.
7. All other costs not stated under inclusions will be shouldered by the winners.
8. For winners based outside Metro Manila, airfare from their province to and from MOA Arena will be shouldered by the winner/s.
9. Winners will be notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and/or phone call within one (1) week after the draw date.
10. Winners will also be announced through RCBC Credit Cards’ website and official social media pages.
11. RCBC reserves the right to select another winner with prior DTI approval.
12. Prizes are transferable to immediate family but not convertible to cash.
13. RCBC reserves the right to verify eligibility and winning transactions.
14. RCBC may replace prize components with items of equal or greater value.
15. Employees of RCBC, RBSC, Visa, and agencies, including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified.
16. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
17. By availing the Promo, the client agrees to the Promo terms, provides and allow RCBC to process his/her personal data and other information that may be required for the availment, grant and administration of the Promo, including the use winners’ names, photos, and videos for marketing without additional compensation. Such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of RCBC.
18. In case of dispute/s regarding the Promo including, but not limited to, the client’s eligibility, coverage period, and fulfilment, the same shall be resolved by RCBC, subject to the terms and conditions of this Promo. RCBC decision shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
19. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, negotiated, or resold by the winner.
20. Limit of Liability: RCBC and Visa, are generally not responsible for any issues arising from:
• Any delays in the concert schedule provided
• A winner’s failure that prevents them from using the prize.
21. The winners agree to release and hold RCBC and Visa harmless from any and all claims, demands, or legal actions (Claims) for personal injury, property damage, or other consequences that result from or are connected with their participation in this promotion. The winner promises not to sue RCBC or any Visa Party for damages related to their participation, even if caused by negligence.
22. All decisions of RCBC, with DTI concurrence, are final.
